And cruising through the chapters, I didn’t seem much on the technology underlying ecommerce, except perhaps Celestino’s chapter. Yet it strikes me that so much depends on the UX of ecommerce. It’s hard to separate the success of Apple or Amazon from their ecommerce environment. But that all requiers a subtle technology, and if we are to assume, as I think we must, that there is to be a huge escalation in ecommerce around the world, then the technology underlying it merits serious attention.
